Now is the time to book your summer family shoot!

Are you thinking of having a lifestyle family photo shoot this summer? Yes? Well then you need to be getting it booked in the diary now! I know, I know….it’s only just March, but I’m now taking bookings for June onwards.

I take on a maximum of 2 shoots a week; one during the week and one weekend session. This allows me to offer a bespoke service to my clients and also means I can still spend valuable time with my family without spending every waking moment sat in front of my computer editing!

This does mean that my sessions get booked up quickly; I’m normally booked up at least a couple of months in advance. I often get enquiries from people wanting sessions in the next couple of weeks which I’m generally not able to do. And I hate turning business away! So if you’re wanting a summer shoot, please don’t leave it until the last minute. Ideally you need to be booking in your session at least 3 months in advance. I booked our Autumnal family session with another photographer back in January….but that’s just me and my weird organised ways! If you are expecting a baby and you would like pregnancy and newborn shoots, please ensure you are booking them when you are around 5-6 months pregnant.

My next available session is 10th June (unless I get any cancellations in the meantime) and summer sessions are filling up quick so please get in contact to reserve your shoot date.

Summer is an ideal time to have a gorgeous location shoot….think building dens in the woods, running through lavender fields or walking in the evening sun. For lots of shoots I have coming up, my clients have suggested locations where they spend lots of time as a family….this is perfect. If you’re struggling for ideas, just ask me for some! I have loads of fab locations I use around Surrey, and I’m always finding new ones.

I’ll leave you with a nice summery image I took last July of a lovely Mummy and her little girls. You can see more from this session here
