I have lots of spring family sessions coming up (and my spring mini sessions this Saturday) so I thought I would share a few ‘what to wear’ guides with you. After having our own family photo shoot last year, I know just how difficult it is to decide what to wear so that you all co-ordinate but don’t look too matchy (made up word!)
I met with the lovely stylist Caroline Macleod-Smith from Style Bureau this week to find out what is on trend for spring. Colour is most definitely in for this season! So these outfits look very on trend, with the cobalt blue skinny jeans paired with a green top which creates a great colour block effect. Then the rest of the families’ outfits are planned around mums so that they beautifully co-ordinate and don’t look like it was all too planned (although of course we know differently!)
And here is another one if you’re not feeling so brave with your colours. A lovely neutral scheme that would look great surrounded with the colour of spring flowers.
I hope you find these useful. You can see more ‘what to wear’ guides on my blog last year. I look forward to sharing some of my spring sessions with you very soon.
