I hope you all had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend (despite the awful weather!) We decided not to let the rain get us down and we found a couple of great things to do with the kids. We went to Jurassic Encounter in New Malden on the A3 which is crazy golf but with very realistic roaring dinosaurs along the course… the boys loved it! It would have been even better with a bit of sunshine as it’s all outside. And the other place we discovered is only a 10 minute walk away from us in Thames Ditton. It’s a miniature railway which is only open one afternoon a month. You sit on top of the train and go around a little track….I think me and Karl enjoyed it as much as the boys! I’d definitely recommend it for a nice Sunday afternoon out with the children.
We had also planned to go to the Foodie Festival at The Medicine Garden in Cobham (where I run my photography workshops) on the Monday, but the weather did get the better of us by then so we went round to some friends instead!
Anyway, I’m sure you’re here to see some pretty pictures rather than hear me ramble on about our weekend! I first photographed this family back in 2009 when their eldest was a toddler. I was delighted that they invited me to photograph their family 3 years later, this time with a lovely little sister for Josh!
I love this cheeky shot below!
