My new way of presenting digital images

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. On Saturday I spent the day at the SWPP photography convention in London. I had a great day browsing through lots of new products and chatting to suppliers. And it’s always fun to talk a bit of shop with my photographer friends!

I go to the convention every year as I always like to ensure that I am providing the best quality and most up to date products to my clients, and this is a great way for me to actually feel the products in my own hands.

I am just putting together my 2013 product list and most of my products are staying the same as I love them. The one thing I am changing is the way I provide digital images to my families. When clients purchase digital images from their gallery, I have been supplying them with a CD containing the images and along with a printing guide. When I found out that Apple’s latest mac’s don’t even have a CD drive, I knew it was time to start looking for branded USB flash drives. The last thing I want is to provide a client with a CD that they can’t even use!

I received my new USB flash drives at the end of last year and I just love them. One added bonus is that when clients have downloaded their images (and backed them up!) then they can continue to use the flash drive for their own use. I’m still putting together the packaging that I’m going to use for them, but I’m nearly there. Here is a little taster of them unpackaged…
So from now on, if you purchase a digital collection from your family shoot, you will receive them on one of these beauties!
