I hope you’re having a good week. Isn’t it freeeeezing at the moment? Our heating packed up for a few days this week so we really felt how cold it was…I was going to bed wrapped up like I was going skiing! We’ve got it all sorted now and it’s made me so grateful to have a lovely warm house again.
I did the last of my outdoor family sessions last week. I always take a few months off outdoor shooting in the winter (I’m a wimp in the cold!) and then start shooting again the spring.
I recently announced my 2018 spring and summer mini sessions last week and they are now only a few spots left. You can see all of the details here.
To make us all feel a bit warmer, I thought I would share a couple of my summer mini sessions, when it was warm enough for bare arms and lying on the grass!
Both of the mums from these families had attended my Photography for Parents workshop in Surrey a few months earlier, but wanted to have some gorgeous photos of their families that they appear in!
We were so lucky to have a beautiful summer’s day for the mini sessions.
I always love capturing that moment when a toddler does a runner from the family photos, I loved the families response to their little boy running off towards me!
If you would love some summery photos of your family like this, take a look at my summer mini sessions in June next year.
Have a great rest of the week, and stay warm!
