Who is your retreat host?

I think it’s so important to have a special location for a retreat, and the ME Terramar Sitges hotel is certainly that - it's utterly gorgeous! I've stayed there twice and it's always such a treat.
The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the beach and a 2 mile walk along the beach from the stunning Sitges town centre. And it's just a 25 minute drive from Barcelona international airport (taxis are plentiful at the airport).
The hotel has a gym, pool*, rooftop bar*, beach bar* and a number of bars and restaurants.
There are lots of beautiful spots we can shoot in and around the hotel during your branding shoot.
Your travel to the hotel and your room isn't included. You can then choose which room suits you best and if you want to have breakfast included or not. You also have the option of sharing with another retreatee. When you book your space I will send you a booking link to get 20% off the current room rates.
*These aren't guaranteed to be open at this time of year if the weather isn't suitable. Fingers crossed it will be lovely and warm though!

"Perfect from start to finish"
On day 2 I’ll be guiding you on a walk along the beach promendade into Sitges town (around 2 miles) for our content creation workshop.
There are many studies citing the benefits of walking in nature, and the ladies on my past retreats have said that the walk was one of the highlights of the few days.
We have deep business conversations, get our blood flowing and usually have a giggle too.
COASTAL walk
On the third and final day we will walk into the stunning town of Sitges for a content creation and posing workshop.
I will show you how to pose in front of the camera so that you look your absolute best. You will learn how to find gorgeous light for your photos and videos and you will film some engaging b-roll videos for each other that will be perfect for you to use on social media.
You'll walk away from the retreat not only with gorgeous new branding photos, but also some brilliant b-roll videos to use on social media.
CONTENT CREATION & POSING WORKSHOP
Vicki’s retreat was the perfect balance between workshops, downtime and wonderful activities to promote wellness and mindfulness.
The workshops challenged me and will have a lasting impact on how I continue to run my business.
The branding photo shoot was so much fun. Vicki captured my personality and left me with a wonderful library of authentic images that I can use to market my business.

The retreat starts at 2pm. We'll kick off with a powerful workshop to help you uncover your magic, get deep clarity and craft your personal brand from the inside out.
I'll be doing a couple of mini branding shoots before dinner while everyone else has time for a swim or to chill in their rooms.
You’ll get to get to know to your fellow retreatees over a delicious dinner in the gorgeous hotel restaurant (all included in the price). There’s something very special when a group of female business owners get together.
TUESDAY, 29 april 2025
DAY ONE
day two
We will start the day with a refreshing sea dip for anyone who wants to join!
Our guest expert, Victoria Hamilton will be leading a style and identity workshop to help us all dress with more confidence.
After lunch we will then have a powerful workshop with Vicki all about your mindset about visibility. You’ll look at the beliefs that may be holding you back in your business and you’ll learn some powerful tools to overcome these fears and fill you with confidence.
Vicki will be doing most of the mini branding shoots throughout the day, so you’ll enjoy (yes enjoy!) a confidence building shoot with Vicki. For the others, you can either enjoy some downtime, work on your workbook or have a colour analysis session with Victoria (at an extra fee).
At the end of the day we'll be doing coaching hotseats with Vicki and you can spend the evening as you wish.

We'll walk into Sitges town in the morning (around 2 miles) for a posing and content creation workshop where you'll learn how pose for photos, how to find great light and you'll be filming b-roll videos for each other with your own phones. Walk away with lots of content to make your social media marketing easy!
Vicki will then run the last workshop of the retreat, this time on crafting a visibility strategy that feels great. Vicki will provide you with powerful tips on how you can be more visible in your business in a way that aligns with your values and feels authentically you. You’ll leave with a visibility plan that you feel excited to implement.
Then there will be more coaching hotseats and more branding shoots before our final blow out meal together and leaving feeling reset, recharged and re-invigorated!

DAY THREE
The retreat ends after dinner on Thursday but I will be available at the hotel for the whole day on the Friday.
So you will have the opportunity to upgrade your mini branding shoot to 1.5 hour custom shoot with more outfit changes and background options, for a discounted fee.
You could also book a discounted 1:1 visibility coaching/consulting session with me so you can get the bespoke help that you want.
Or we can simply enjoy a cocktail by the pool together or a dip in the sea - bliss!

Rooms aren't included in the price of the retreat as I wanted to make sure you have the opportunity to choose the right room for you and optional extras such as breakfast. The hotel are offering us a great special discount – it is an utterly gorgeous place to stay!
I'll send you the link to book with a discount once you have a confirmed place. I can help you pair you up with someone else if you wish to save costs and share.
Rates vary but you can check prices here on the website. At the time of writing they start from £200 per room per night. If you share with someone else on the retreat you can of course split this cost.
HOW MUCH WILL MY ROOM COST?
I am keeping the group small as I think that allows for the best experience, so everyone can really get to know each other.

how many people will be attending?
Yes absolutely. I’ve run my business for over 15 years and I still hugely benefit from taking time out to step back and take a look at my business.
I know how tricky it can be find the time in your day-to-day business to plan those big juicy goals and dreams, so business retreats are the perfect place to do this.
I've been in business a long time, is the retreat right for me?
Yes, if you have an idea of what your business will be, but need some time and space to formulate your plans, then this retreat will be a great place to help you do that.
You’ll also have other experienced business owners that you can bounce ideas off and leave the 3 days raring to go on your new business. Plus you’ll walk away with some gorgeous branding photos to help start your business with a bang!
I haven't actually started my business yet, is the retreat right for Me?
Yes you will be able to purchase additional images if you wish. They are priced at £30 per image and there are discounted packages if you purchase more than 4 additional images.
can I purchase more images on top of the 5 included?
Yes, you can definitely attend if you’re a photographer. As a photographer, it's so important that you are showing up as the face of your business and my retreat will help you to do that.
I'm a photographer too, can i attend the retreat?
I get it, it can be nerve-racking to invest in yourself and your business. But it's so important to invest in your learning and growth to ensure your business thrives in the future.
I've kept the cost of the places as low as possible, whilst still being able to create an amazing experience for you.
There isn’t an early bird discount as I think it’s fair that everyone pays the same price. Plus I'm expecting places to go quickly as my retreats usually sell out within a few weeks. I hope you can join us!
I'm nervous to invest this much - is there an early bird discount?
As with all online transactions, there is a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period, so if you change your mind within this time then your deposit will be refunded in full.
After this time the deposit is non-refundable, but you are welcome to find someone to fill your place.
what if i change my mind after I've paid the deposit?
If the retreat can’t go ahead or I am unable to run it then your deposit will be moved to my retreat the following year or to a headshot or branding session with me.
If you can't make it then you can find someone to fill your place or if I fill your place then I will refund the balance (not the deposit).
what if the retreat can't go ahead or if I'm ill?
You certainly can!
can i claim this as a business expense ?
No! If you follow someone else's marketing plan it's unlikely to work for you or to feel good.
I run 3 workshops during the retreat to help you overcome the fears you have about getting visible, to help you get clarity on your personal brand and then to craft a visibility strategy that feels amazing for you.
You will walk away feeling inspired and motivated to get visible but no, you won't find any blueprints here as I don't believe that they work!
Will you be providing me with a step-by-step plan to getting visible?
The retreat is focused on getting visible in your business with confidence. If you run a product-based business but want to start showing up more in your business, then the retreat would still be relevant to you.
The retreat is most suited to people who run service-based businesses such as coaches, photographers, personal trainers, designers, florists etc. If you're not sure if it's right for you, just email me on [email protected] and I'll let you know.
I'm not the face of my business. Is this retreat right for me?
The hotel is situated 25 minutes from Barcelona airport and it’s easy to get a taxi from the airport The approx cost is around £50-70 in a cab from the airport. We will try and organise groups to split costs if people are getting the same flights.
Barcelona is an international airport that is easy to access from most countries. Currently, there are flights available from the UK from around £150-200.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Dinner on the first night and the last night are included. This is a 3 course meal with wine in the gorgeous hotel restaurant, Beso.
Lunch on the second and third day are included. On the second day it will be a light lunch in the hotel, on the third day we will be going for tapas in Sitges town. Breakfasts aren't included but you can get breakfast included with your room if you wish.
One coffee/tea each day during the workshops is included as well as water.
what meals are included?
If you're friend runs their own business, then absolutely!
You would each need to book and pay for your own retreat places but you could then book a room together at the hotel and save on accommodation costs.
Can i come with a friend?
No I won't be running my Visibility Retreat again in Sitges in 2026 but I may do in future years after that.
