I hope you’re well and keeping warm, it’s been freeeezing here in Surrey recently!

Anyway, you’ve come here to see some pretty pictures so I’ll crack on. This photo session took place back in April at my spring mini session morning at Frensham Ponds in Farnham.

It was a really sunny and windy day, which are challenging conditions in a location with lots of sand and no shade! But we were delighted with the results and I always like the natural, free look that a windy day provides.

This family were such good fun. And I must say thank you to the big sister for wearing my a top in my brand colour of teal, how very thoughtful of her. 😉

I received this lovely email from the lovely mummy after they had viewed their gallery…

“Oh my, oh my! Vicki, I have to confess that I sobbed! I made myself a cup of tea, put the music on loud and sobbed looking at the gorgeous photos of our special little family! You have worked your magic and produced an album of happiness!

You have captured us all so well and somehow nothing looks ‘contrived or posed’, just natural fun and laughter! We love them all – each one shows the girls’ personalities perfectly. I knew that we’d love them, but I didn’t expect to love them so much!

The family kindly let me use one of their photos in a recent interview I had in Professional Imagemaker magazine ahead of the masterclass I am running for pro photographers at Europe’s largest photography convention in January.
